Programme websites

A bad website is like a grumpy salesperson.

Jakob Nielsen, web usability expert

Every piece of content or social media post that you put online should drive the user back to your website.

Your website is the backbone of your digital communication strategy. It reflects what you want to achieve with your programme, and how you sell it.

There are many great examples of well-structured and well-managed websites in Interreg, but there are also examples of out of date, poorly structured websites. As your website is the most visible element of your communication, this can be harmful for your programme’s image and overall management.

What must you do to avoid this?

In this module, we will look at the importance of having a well-structured website, and what to consider for making it work.
